Windows 10: Windows 11 installation on unsupported device

I'm trying to upgrade from windows 10 to 11 on my unsupported device and I did the steps that I should do on unsupported devicebut after getting to 80% or higher the installation suddenly closes without any error and I get back to the desktop, so I hope someone help me to upgrade to windows 11 successfully.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Risks of installing windows 11 on unsupported devices?

So as far as I can tell Microsoft says don't install Win11 on unsupported devices because you will not receive updates? But my 10-year-old laptop with Win11 is still receiving Security and cumulative updates?

What updates are we getting on Win10 that we are not getting on Win11? I am just trying to understand, the difference in updates we receive on both Operating systems. From what I understand older devices are abandoned by their manufacturers anyways so receiving firmware updates etc from the manufacturer is a no-go.

What risks are people be taking for installing on unsupported devices? For example, if there was a vulnerability on Windows 10 on my old device won't I still be vulnerable on windows 11 and if it was patched on windows 10 I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't patched on windows 11 since the operating system is extremely similar?
