Windows 10: Windows 11 install failing at 10%

I recently purchased a 2tb Samsung m.2 and wanted to install windows 11 on it. I previously had a Sandisk 500gb ssd that had windows 11 on it but I completely removed it from the computer before attempting to install windows 11 onto the new m.2. Every time I attempt to install it fails at 10% complete. There is no error message. It just restarts the computer and starts the whole installation process over again. I have formatted the m.2 already and delete every partition and install to the unallocated space. Prime Z-790-V wifi - updated to the latest bios versionIntel i9 12900k 32gb Corsair ven

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
