Windows 10: Windows 11: how to fix 0xa00f427 camera error?

Hi all,I have just bought a HP Zbook Studio G8, where it is installed Windows 11 ver 22000.493. However, the embedded webcam does not work. In particular, when I staret the camera app, I receive the error 0xa00f427. For your information, external USB cameras work. The rear camera on my Lumia 950 is not working.

When lauched no image is displayed.

When the shutter button is pressed the following message is displayed.

Something went wrong

Sorry - we weren't able to save the photo.

The front camera is ok.

Is it a hardware fault, or software problem?

the camera is malfunction on lumia 950 xl error code 0xA00F427E(0xE8010001), its suddenly happened after some updates on the phone , after spending good time with support onlinre, soft , hard and Windows device recovery tool the result is the same.

the camera is dark and can not take pictures showing the above message. video can be saved but still with no light . another check the flashlight application will restart the phone and will not work?
