Windows 10: Windows 11 has deleted a lot of software I don't use often. How donI get back and stop this?

I run a business. All the programs in my computer are business related. Some I do not use as often as others, but all important. I try to get into at least one of those I do not use often and it says it has to re-download. Then it says no files to download, then other programs it says there are no files to open in the software. This is very very bad for my business. How do I get all this back and more important how do I stop this from happening in the future? I have had nothing but issues with windows 11 and seriously hate it.

Why don't the old versions of software get deleted when updating?

Most of the Microsoft ones are looked at as updates.
The Java ones... you have to delete the versions you don't want.

There are ways to clean up the listing... manually or by some software.

EDIT: Some is poorly written software that does not clean up after itself, too.

 

Internet Explorer 11; Windows 10....Stopped Working

IE11; Windows 10. For the past 2 weeks when I open IE11 I get Internet Explorer has Stopped working POPUP message rendering IE 11 unusable.

I have followed suggested Fixes by "Resetting" IE11; Use Software Rendering...is NOT checked. I have tried to use "System Restore" and go back to a Restore Point prior to 2 weeks but, I get unable to restore to xx/xx/xxxx because the process cannot file iexplorer.exe.

I have tried several Restore Points...get this same result.

I cannot fine the Internet 11 Install Update to delete it as it is not in the list History\Installed Updates.

Surely there must be away to fix IE 11...I have run out of things to do...suggestions with steps will be appreciated.
