    Hi, I’m not sure how I’m going to explain this as I don’t know many things about computers in terms of fixing them, et cetera so I apologise if some of this doesn’t make sense. I use a KOORUI 24E3 monitor which is connected through a HDMI cable to my Windows 11 laptop which is ASUS. I’ve been using this for over a year and I’ve had my refresh rate settings set to 120 Hz with a display resolution of 1920×1080 and scaling of 100%. I had no issues however recently I unplugged my laptop to use it on the go and I have multiple times before however this time when I connected everything again it rese

    I need assistance on both suggestions; how to

    1. turn off laptop monitor?
    2. locate feedback hub on Cortana?
    My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

    The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...
