Windows 10: Windows 11 flickering and milisecond freezing

I've upgraded to Windows 11 for the past day and I've noticed this very weird tiny 'window has stopped responding' prompts popping up for like a millisecond anytime i do anything and they're driving me mad. In one case Blender that flickering happens every time i press left click, and in most cases Visual Studio, etc. the freezing happens any time ANY program executes a main-thread-freezing task such as creating a new file even if the freeze lasts less than a millisecond. Every few hours the explorer taskbar / desktop seems to freeze and restarts itself aswell.I have pretty beefy PC, a

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
