Windows 10: Windows 11, Event ID 10400 followed by 27, Intel 17 I219-LM repeatedly and randomly disconnects

I am having a repeated internet disconnect issue on a stand-alone Dell Optiplex Small Form Factor 7020 computer, brand new, shipped in December 2024 but not set up until a few weeks ago. Internet randomly disconnects for around 5 seconds multiple times per session. IS there a fix for the error 27 Network Disconnect issue which happens anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes. This is on a Dell Optiplex 5490 AIO.

Conflicts with the wireless adapter is one of the possible reasons why you are encountering this issue. We suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps on this

This error has shown up in my event log on every start-up since I got my PC last October, I am using a wireless Wi-Fi connection and hardly ever have issues with the internet connection on the PC.

Any ideas on why this shows up or how to fix it?
