Windows 10: Windows 11 crashing after new cumulative update

Hi, I have a Windows 11 computer. As of last night, there was a new update that was installed on my computer. Today, I started my computer up and the computer was unusually slow. I went to sign in, only to be greeted by a blank screen after I entered my password. I suspect this was caused because of the update. I’ve tried anything I could find. System restore fails every time, saying that it couldn’t extract the original directory from “AppxStaging”. After I tried rolling back the update in the advanced options and restarted, I’m stuck on “Something didn’t go as planned— No need to worry, undo

We would like to verify if you were able to install the latest Cumulative Update for Windows 10 released last April 11, 2017.

If you haven't tried installing it, we suggest that you manually install the KB article number 4015217 through
Windows Update Catalog.
It includes the improvements that we have in Windows 10. Here are the steps:

• Visit the Windows Update Catalog website.
• Search for KB4015217.
• Download the update that fits your system specification.

Note: In you are running a 64-bit Windows 10, kindly choose the Cumulative Update for x64-based Systems.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
