    We use intune at my job to setup our windows 11 machines using autopilot. As of the last few months, when we setup a "old" windows 10 device to reinstall windows 11 to it, and setup it up using autopilot after importing the hash to my jobs intune tenant we been running into an issue. I dont know where else to turn. Basically what happens, is we install windows 11 on a former windows 10 computer. All works well, then one signs in with a company account, it completes the provisioning process and the user finally gets into the laptop. After a little bit, after the majority of the company dat

    Autopilot error

    Hi,

    R. Cord here, Independent Expert. Hope you are doing well.

    My suggestion:

    I am not sure, but disabling this service could cause other dependencies in your system to malfunction, which could explain the lagging and error messages that you're seeing.

    To fix the issue, I would suggest re-enabling the "Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant Service" and then trying to troubleshoot the error messages that you're receiving. Here are the steps you can follow:

    Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

    Type "services.msc" and press Enter to open the Services window.

    In the Services window, locate the "Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant Service" and double-click on it.

    In the properties window that opens, set the startup type to "Automatic" and click on the "Start" button to start the service if it's not already running.

    Click "OK" to save your changes and close the properties window.

    After re-enabling the service, restart your computer and see if the lagging and error messages have been resolved. If the problem persists, you may need to look into other troubleshooting steps such as running a virus scan or performing a system restore to a previous point in time before the issue occurred.
