Hi, I am using HP ProBook 440 G10 since March 2024. This laptop comes with pre-installed HP Wolf Security While opening wolf security logo appears with HP Logo.Currently my windows version is 23H2 and recently suggested me to update 24H2. Update started and on black screen setup, update stopped and reverted the installation. After that when restarted my laptop, It started ask to choose windows installed drive. It asked a few times and it disappeared. Now, time by time I tries to download 24H2 update but it stucks with %8 download. Yesterday, I contacted with Microsoft support and they conne

Error when trying to upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10 using a USB drive. Earlier attempts to upgrade directly from a download also failed with a different error message so went to USB approach as recommended by Support.

Error Message was:

0x80070002-0x20007

Installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the INSTALL_DRIVERS operation

Hi, i have 2 years laptop that running fine for most of all time (including game, and work) and also my laptop have fulfills the requirements for using Windows 11
i have a problem during upgrading to Windows 11 22H2 from Windows Update, it says (There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070002) ), but when i check the update history, i can normally upgrade to Windows 11 (not 22H2 version) in 2022 and works fine, but now, i can't upgrade Windows 11 22H2 in 2023
i already looked into the solution, and i haven't got a single thing that solved the problem. I tried alternative way like (downloading Windows 11 using ISO, or Media Tool Installation), but still didn't solved the problem, when i install windows 11 via ISO, there's message that "Installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the INSTALL_DRIVERS operation". when i'm looking into article, someone post that you should look at "setupact.log" but after i opened file, i can't find the error that leading to fails the upgrade, could you help me for solving this problem
