Windows 10: Windows 11 24H2 driver power state failure BSOD

I have recently done a fresh re-install of windows which happened to install 24H2 - Build 26100.2314 and after installing and updating all drivers I am getting a consistent BSOD around 5 minutes after doing a cold boot of the system.Once the PC restarts from the BSOD, it does not crash again unless it is powered off or put to sleep. This seems to happen very consistently on every cold boot.I have ran sfc /scannow and it saw no issues. I have also updated windows and all the drivers that I know of, to their latest respective versions reinstalling any that I can.I am on the latest windows ve

BSOD DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE #2

I built a new computer in February and installed a clean Windows 11 on it. I kept getting the "Driver Power State Failure" error. I then opened this thread (Redirecting) and I ultimately solved it by installing a clean Windows 10, after which I no longer got the BSOD. I have just bought another SSD due to writing issues on the previous one and I installed Windows 11 again and the error is back. Why do I only get the BSOD on 11 and not on 10? I have only got 1 minidump so far but more might come... I uploaded my MSinfo and dump to my Onedrive.
