Windows 10: Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.2152 sound issue after sleep or hibernate

System: MSI GE73 Raider RGB 8REI have encountered an issue with my system that I initially thought was a driver issue. but troubleshooting the drivers seems to point to an issue with the OS. the issue started about the time 24H2 was released to the release preview track. it was not present when I was using 24H2 on the beta track for 24H2. the system has since had a full reinstall, so none of the beta 24h2 OS remains. the issue is with the RealtekR Audio device. whenn the system is put into sleep or hibernation and then resumed the sound stops working. the OS acts like everything is normal an
