Windows 10: Windows 11 23H2 : Unable to install Language Pack features

I'm having following error code while installing language pack on windows 11 client.error code 0x80073D01. i have a windows 10 client ,on the same domain and GPO settings are same and no issue when installing language pack

#2 fixed the problem for me. Apparently, my WSUS server is preventing the language pack features from installing. I do have the Language pack products for Windows 10 (I didn't see Windows 11) checked, but apparently they haven't downloaded to the clients.

Can I manually install a language pack for windows 11?

After installing Windows 11 23H2 update over Windows 22H2 all setting and most windows form are appearing in German that it is the initial language when laptop was purchased but with US or UK language pack installed this was not an issue until this update to 23H2 has been installed. I tried removing and adding back the language pack but not luck. Is there a way to fix that? Can I download from a URL the US or UK language pack and install it manually?

I understand that you are unable to download the English language pack.
I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to download the language pack.

  Press Windows logo key + X key.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Double click on Language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Double Click on English language.
  
• 
  Click on options on right hand side of the English language pack.
  
• 
  Click on Download and install language pack.
