Hello, I just updated my PC to windows 11. When I delete my file on the C drive, my computer gets a blue screen error: invalid data access trap windows 11. Please helps me.((

how do I find out the cause?

I have tried several ways of installing the update.

Also I have update the ASUS mother BIOS/EFFI, disconnected my Brother printer and un-installed etc, checked for faulty drivers in Device Manager etc without resolving the problem.

Recently upgraded to Windows 11 and any time we run a Microsoft Office application (word, outlook, etc.) PC crashes and we get blue screen with INVALID DATA ACCESS TRAP listed under the stop code.

Same result whether we are using latest Office 365 apps or Office 2010 apps.

Nothing else seems to crash the PC.

Any ideas on how to fix?
