Windows 10: windows 10 won't activate after factory reset

I reseted my acer desktop cause my sister and i switched computers and now its saying that windows reported no product key was found on my device. when i bought my computer it came with windows 10 pre installed. i did the troubleshoot and it says they werent able to activate windows on this device and that i can go to the store to purchase a genuine copy of windows.

See the windows is activated. And this is the screen which asks the product key. I can only skip this step if I boot from the dvd and select the clean install option.

"slmg /ato" returns Activating Windows core single language edition (a string of numbers and alphabets)
Product activated successfully.
