Windows 10: Windows 10, version 21H1

I updated with 21H1 on thursday and my personal email no longer works properly, it can send but not receive and this on my PC...though my laptop worked ok as prior to doing the update and now that is also affected after I updated today. My email works ok with my iPhone so the mail server is working fine.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Updating to Windows 10 version 21h1

Sounds fairly straightforward. But let me clarify one thing. Are the operations performed in steps 1 & 2 above done before upgrading to version 21H1 or after?

If all goes well should I expect Windows to perform normally?

Windows 10 21H1 Media Feature Pack Unavailable

I attempted to use PS Remote Play on my Windows 10 machine and was prompted to install the Media Feature Pack. I tried following the steps HERE for 20H1 as 21H1 is not listed, but the Media Feature pack is not listed in available features and in Windows Features, the Media Features option is selected already.

Appears that maybe Microsoft has not released a Media Feature pack for 21H1 yet. Has anyone found a work around or know a solution?
