Windows 10: Windows 10 update restart loop?

Hi. This morning I was working on my laptop, writing and reading articles in browser. I went to get breakfast for a couple of minutes and I found my laptop is turned off due to a loose power outlet. Nevermind that, I tighten the socket and turned on the laptop and it did an update context: hard disk had just been replaced a couple weeks back and the guy installed a slightly older version of windows 10. updated it myself manually, but it apparently still have more automatic updates, which I postponed for about a week now. The update goes as normal, restarting a couple of times, until I notice
