Windows 10: Windows 10 update fan noise

On the 28th of January 2022, a Windows 10 update was installed and now the laptop fans are at full speed without any unusual CPU usage. It has happened before the same problem after installing Windows 10 updates, however with another update, the problem got solved. This time, I installed all the updated available and there is no fix making the use of the laptop unbearable. I tried to install apps to control the fan speed manually but the laptop doesn't support that option. The update that has caused the issue is 2022-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64-based Systems KB500

Fan noise

Are there any problems with the fan noise? IS it loud or can you hear it at all? I currently have the Lenovo Yoga 920 and the fan is so loud!!! I need one with no fan noise or very very very quite noise.

Loud fan noises in latest update for Windows 10?

Ever since the latest update, Windows 10 has been freezing and the fan noises have gotten louder. A few updates ago, Windows 10 had a troubleshooting feature called "hardware" which took care of these issues but it seems they got rid of it for some reason. How do I make Windows run smoothly without these fan noises?
