    Windows 10 Update Error - [Error Code - 0x800f0831]


    Hello.So while downloading an update on my system, the download failed an give me an error with the code 0x800f0831. I tried restarting my PC, and it got stuck on the 'Getting windows ready' screen for about 1.5 - 2 hours. Even after restarting it gave me the same error.I tried running the DISM commands, As mentioned on this forum - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/mem/configmgr/update-management/error-0x800f0831-installing-update however the restore health command gives me another error [Error Code - 0x800f081f], and 'source files could not be found'.Would love some ass

    When you get error code 0x800F0831,
    perhaps . NET Framework 3.5 is disabled. It has confirmed that this issue can be fixed by enabling it.
