Windows 10: Windows 10 update constantly freezes at 78%

I have had this problem for months and have tried everything I can on the internet to try to fix it. My Windows is currently running on version 2004 and every time I try to reboot to install an update it freezes at 78% and does nothing. I rebooted it and went to sleep to let it update, sometimes leaving it for up to 12 hours, and it never goes above 78%. I have no idea what to do! When it freezes, the only way for my computer to unfreeze is to disconnect the power, which then stops the update installation, but a few days later it reboots to try to install again and freezes again at the same po

Windows 10 on PC constantly freezes. I called support with no help. It freezes every 2-3 minutes. This is unacceptable and I don't know what to do. The Windows rep suggest that I could go back to Windows 8. I've had 10 for almost two months and I would
like to keep it; I just want it to stop freezing my PC. I have tried the various suggestions given to no avail, this is a Windows 10 problem. PLEASE HELP

My screen freezes constantly after latest update - Nov 17. Even freezes during repair or system restore. Suggestions other than paying Geek Squad $150?!
