Overnight windows10 stopped seeing my Canon 922 printer

I am unable to scan from my Canon Pixma MS 922 my laptop with windows 10.

 

Canon Printer ( Mx920-922 )

Will my Canon Printer ( Mx920-922 ) work with windows 10 ? I have windows 7 / 64 wireless pinter/PC ? Thanks !

I understand your concern about accessing Canon Pixma printer on Windows 10.

Do let us know the following to assist you better:

• What exactly do you mean by Offline and cannot reconnect?
• Have you installed all the drivers for printer after upgrading to Windows 10?
• Is printer being detected on your computer?
• How have you connected the printer to your device?

I suggest you to try the below as a workaround and check if it helps.

Step 1: Try to install the latest drivers for the printer from the manufacturer's website.

Step 2: If the device is not detected on your computer try to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

• Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select it.
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
  Troubleshooting window.
• Select the Hardware and Device
  options from the list.
• Click Next to run the Hardware and Device
  Troubleshooter.
