Windows 10: Windows 10 - Start Menu - Huge ICONS

Hi, I have windows 10 Pro, and when I open the Windows Start Menu via the Windows button on the task bar, sometimes all the icons for my applications are huge, as in this screenshot below This is a screen shot of my entire 4k screen - notice the task bar icons on the task bar at the bottom - they are the right size, and now look at the icons on the start menu - look how huge they are.Note I have 3 monitors connected at the same time - 2 x 28 inch monitors which are the same size and 4k, and then there is also a third video output which is my 4K TV 55 inch. Start menu default internet acces icon screwed?

You generally set that via the Start Menu settings (right-click start menu -> properties).

I had that issues a while ago, and it meant removing it from the Start Menu, and reinstalling my browser to get the icon back, it was very odd.

Windows 10 Start menu issue

Ive always had issues with the start menu. Pin to start sometimes doesn't work. Now I cant move the icons. And the right click menu sticks. If I do manage to move one it disappears on to reappear later.
Love 10 other than that. Whats the deal? I would like to organize my icons. Ive tried tablet mode too
