    RTM is the release before available to public. It's released to OEM's that install on their machines and modify drivers for Windows 10.

    It will be leaked soon after the RTM goes out. Always has been in the past. The trick then becomes finding a reliable copy that hasn't been tampered with. If you don't have MSDN access that is. Does MSDN still have software to download. Technet which used to have all software available for trial but Technet members. Technet was similar to MSDN but targeted IT Mgmt and MSDN targets developers.

    Released to manufacturing in June would in the past mean you could get your hands on a "Golden DVD" in the October. As they are aiming for the back to school market that would be August. I think Microsoft just want to move on from Windows 8. Since they are saying future features and modules will be released when finished one can assume they will get features to sell the OS firmly (start menu, talking bimbette Cortana etc.) established and bug free and then go on to add other features users have been asking for or should that be demanding.
