Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro "Product Configuration is Missing!" Download Error

I'm trying to download Minecraft Java Edition for my girlfriend on her computer, but every time she opens the downloader from the site it just says: "Product Configuration is Missing!" I thought it might have been because she didn't have Java, so I got her to download that; which it downloaded fine. Still the same error. So I tried to download "Team Viewer" on her computer so I could physically find out what the issue is, and even Team Viewer is showing that error message when downloaded. I'm not sure if it's because she has Windows 10 Pro, but she does have the full version and she has enough space for it all.


What can I do to fix these issues? I just wanna play Minecraft with her and didn't think I had to go through so much work/issues to play Downloads & Updates to play Minecraft.

Can't upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

I suggest you to download and create an installation media for Windows 10 Pro form the link provided below:

Download Windows 10

After the installation media is created, suggest you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from the installation media. When the upgrade asks for product key, enter the product key purchased for Windows 10 Pro. If it does not accept, suggest you to skip the activation
step. After the Operating System is installed, suggest you to activate by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
