Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro Activation After Hard Drive Change

My laptop came with Windows 10 Home OEM. I purchased the Windows 10 Pro upgrade through the Microsoft store.I have since had to replace the hard drive. I created the media installation tool for installation on the new hard drive. Windows was activated to the previous OEM Home version.How do I get my digital Windows 10 Pro version activated with the new hard drive?

Activate Windows after hard drive replaced

Hello,

I recently was required to change the hard drive of my PC. On my previous hard drive I was using windows 10 Pro. I acquired this through a free upgrade from Windows 7 Pro, whilst the upgrade was free a year or so ago.

Now that my new hard drive has been installed. My PC works fine, however I have a message saying I need to 'Activate Windows in Settings'. I go to settings and attempt to activate it, as suggested. It states that I must do this through Troubleshoot. However
The troubleshoot states that servers are unavailable. I can see no other way to activate. Can you help?
