    This is for folks trying to install Windows 10 on the old motherboard GA-78LMT-USB3 Rev 5.0 submitted by user rutwikgupte . This thread is locked now, so I can't respond to it. If others are like me and trying to build a budget PC, perhaps with use of an IDE on the motherboard, let me tell you that you can install Windows 10 on this board!TLDR: After contacting Gigabyte support, they told me Windows 10 can be installed and I successfully did it 04/26/2023. Also, read through if you want to install onto this model of motherboard with Windows 10-this process of troubleshooting took me the

    can install windows 10 64bit on gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 R2 AM3+

    Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 R2 AM3+ this motherboard doesn't have drivers for windows 10 64bit...Its limited to windows 7 64bit only...So can install windows on this motherboard Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 R2 AM3+?

    previously i was using gigabyte ga-78lmt-s2pt mobo with windows 10 64bit. It was working perfectly fine with all hardware support though it have max driver support till windows 8 64 bit only and that mobo is much older than GA-78LMT-USB3 R2 so why i cant
    use windows 10 on this mobo which is technically new than my previous mobo...? and i have gtx 1060 gpu
