    I'm tried to turn off all application disable programs from automatically starting up, except skype but I've the same issue. Thx a lot!

    Hello, Jocelyn! I assume it is not the same. Notification is clickable and works well. Just small transparent area above notification prevent mouse event of any application under this area. I show this area
    on screenshot with red square. It is 100% reproducible for all windows 10 users. Thanks a lot!

    -What changes have you done to your computer prior to getting this issue? Like installing new program or apps.

    -Where there any Windows updates newly installed on your computer prior to this issue?
