Windows 10 isn't recognising the webcam on my Philips 241B7Q monitor

    Hi there,

I've tried installing the driver for this device, even then I only see the webcam on my laptop in the list of devices. Weirdly, the list shows TWO devices under camera, BOTH called integrated webcam, both with same properties. How can I fix this?

    :)

    Windows 10 can't see webcam

I have a Philips SPC 900NC webcam that I use for various purposes. I have been using it with skype for years. Sometime during the upgrade to Windows 10 the camera ceased to be recognised by the OS. It works fine using the original Philips app and I have
been using the old version of skype (7.33.0.104) despite prompts to update. The camera does not appear under 'Devices and Printers' so I tried adding it. It is now listed as a POS device (which are not renowned for their audiovisual communication capabilities).
The Microsoft Camera app reports error 'We can't find your camera' 0xA00F4244(0xC00D36D5) which is not much help. Device Manager sees it and reports no problems. The support page suggests looking for a stream.sys driver file which would indicate it is obsolete
but the driver files are CamExt40V64.ax camdrv42.sys ksthunk.sys for video and dmk.sys ksthunk.sys portcls.sys and USBAUDIO.sys for the mic. There isn't much point in having a webcam on a Windows 10 machine that is not recognised by the OS. Does anyone have
    any suggestions?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
