Windows 10: windows 10 cant sort folders by size

I am trying to sort folders by size to see which ones are taking up a lot of space that i dont necessarily need anymore but im having trouble accomplishing this, by default windows 10 doesnt seem to like sorting folders by size and according to the information i have found i should be able to do it by typing "size:" in the top right search bar in the file explorer and get a drop down but when i do that i get no dropdown and it will just search for something not sure what exactly but it doesnt order things by size and most results dont even use the word sizeso my question is am i doing someth

Sorting files and folders by size

I tried to sort my SD card by size, and it made absolutely no sense. it reallocated all the files (not in a folder ) at the top, and the folder arrangements were not in size order, the first folder on the list were 6.62MB and the last were 632MB, but there
are folders with 15GB of content in between. if anyone knows anything about sorting out my view, please help me out here.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Directory Size Utility

First of all nice utility, Mindweaver!
Second of all, it's so nice to see that this section ain't dead.

I have a few questions/suggestions, maybe you'd want to see ...

• maybe you rename Get Folder button caption to something more intuitive? Add Folder, Get Folder Size, Check Folder Size or something like that?
  
• Could you add subfolder files to the right pane? (it can be a tickbox with include sub dirs)
  
• maybe you also add export list to excel?
  
• there's delete file button maybe you add delete folder button too?
  
• and finally maybe you can add UP button for directories?
