Windows 10: Windows 10 BSOD Netwtw04.sys

I have been having periodic BSOD "Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap" Netwtw04.sys over the past few days and I am unsure of how to resolve this. The BSOD only seems to happen when I am streaming video or downloading large files. A few steps I have taken to try to fix the issue are: Upgrade network adapter driver, roll-back network adapter driver, delete network adapter driver, reset Windows entirely, however none of these have fixed the issue. I have also tried to flush DNS and reset Winsock components where I can trigger the BSOD in Command Prompt with "ipconfig /release". Any help would be great
