Windows 10: Windows 10 ark stuck loading on start screen

I've been having issues with ark recently and have not been able to fix it as I could only find one other person with the same issue and that was 2 years ago but his fix didn't work for me re-installing the game. The original issue I had was the "could not retrieve address" one so I decided to re-install the game overnight. The next time I went on the game it seemed fine so I changed my in game settings back to how I had them. The day after I went on ark and could not get past the loading screen, when I press start it says loading in the bottom right and doesn't load even after leaving it for an hour. I tried re-installing the game again and noticed that the game now installs very quickly for a 140gb on my wifi I re-installed it multiple times and it only took about an hour or 2 each time. I think the problem may have something to do with this. Another thing that may be worth mentioning is that when I download the game it stats fine but then the progress stops at 84.26Mb and stays like that till it eventually appears to be done, usually after I have just tabbed back in to check on it.

I've tried:

- re-installing the game.

- signing out and in of both the Xbox app and the Microsoft store.


- Launching the game from the Xbox app and the Microsoft store.


- Open MS Store > Click on your profile picture on top right and sign-out. Then sign-in again.

- Run Windows App Troubleshooter
Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & security > Click Troubleshoot > Scroll down to the bottom > Click Windows Store Apps > Click Run the Troubleshooter

- Reset Windows Store through Command Prompt
Type cmd in Windows Search box > Right click on Command Prompt > Run As Administrator > Type WSreset.exe and click Enter > Reboot your computer

- Reset Ark Survival
Windows Key+I > Apps > Scroll down to Ark Survival > Advanced options > Reset

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"}

- Uninstall & Reinstall Store
Right click on Windows Start > Right click on Windows Powershell Admin > Copy the following from below and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter

Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* Remove-AppxPackage

Copy the following from below and right click in Powershell to paste > Enter > Reboot your computer

Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml”}


All of these were found on posts with people having the same issue but that was 2 years ago, I've tried everything I could find online and haven't found a fix for this yet.

Stuck on Windows Loading Screen

i have an old pc . i have installed a graphic card . it working fine when i newly format my pc but untill i shut down & turn power off . after i switch on my pc back it stuck on loading screen , sometimes on bios flash screen ,Sometimes it boot up then my pc freeze .when i removed graphic card it boot up & works fine . this problem is haunting me for months . i don't know which parts in my pc damaged. is it graphic card or motherboard or ram or cpu or hdd . i'm lost here..

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
