Windows 10: Windows 10 1809 IoT LTSC latest September 2020 patch Issue

Hi,


Recently after taking all the latest patch for Windows 10 1809 IoT LTSC I am facing an issue related to mounting of the Base.wim image in my PC which has Windows 10 Enterprise 0x64. I am unable to use the command


Mount-WindowsImage -ImagePath $images\Deployment.wim -Index 1 -Path $mount

Which is giving the following error


[5832] Mounting new image.

Wim: [C:\Windows10\Use for building EPC\Windows 10\EPC_Windows10\Use for building EPC\Images\Deployment.wim]

Image Index: [1]

Windows IOT Enterprise LTSC License

Dear Team,

One of my customer has IOT devices and they want to deploy new Windows IOT Enterprise LTSC license.

They requested us to procure the following license: WIN ENT LTSC 2019 SNGL
Upgrd OLP NL and now customer wants to know whether the WIN ENT LTSC 2019 SNGL
Upgrd OLP NL can be deployed in IOT devices or not.

Can anyone advise on this with clarity

 

Lincensing Windows 10 VM on top of Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC

Hi,

I'm building an environment based on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC.

On top of this host environment I would like to activate Hyper-V role and have a Windows 10 VM.

Does Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC provide an additional Windows 10 licence for a VM ?

If not, which kind of licences are available/required ?

The Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC operating system and its user interface are protected by trademark and other pending or ...

How can I confirm the installed Windows 10 is iot version?
