Windows 10: Win8 Achievements Not Syncing Please Fix

Hello,Windows 8 games like Cut the Rop and Tentacles achievements are not unlocking or synching progress at all. Is there any fix that Microsoft is planning on taking to fix this issue?I have read on this site that it is a Microsoft server problem.

WP7 achievements not syncing

Today I was playing Flowerz while offline and I earned an achievement. Later I noticed the achievement wasn't listed on my Xbox. So, I have the achievement on the game, but not anywhere else. Any help?

 

Force WP8 (XBL) achievements to sync after battery recharge?

Is this possible? When the battery on my phone (WP8, Lumia 1020) is low, and I have 'battery saver' on, syncing does not occur. How do I get the achievements earned while on low battery to sync? The game I am referring to, Kingdoms and Lords (iirc), shows
1 of 20, rather than 3 of 20 on my achievements list. How can I fix this?

Normally, achievements will be unlocked once you complete a certain task, mission or challenge on the game. If you recently installed the game on your computer, I suggest that you uninstall the game first, and then reset the Windows Store cache by performing
the following steps:

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
• Click on Command prompt (Admin).
• Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.
• Reinstall the game in question.
• Once done, attempt to unlock the achievement again.

link. They will help us to double check your account and validate if you completed the requirements to unlock an achievement on the game.
