No Boot, Drives Not detected, Can't Load Win10 Pleses Help!

Until the BIOS sees your M.2, there's nothing you can do. It does not matter if the M.2 is unformatted/unallocated, the BIOS should see it.
    1. Suggest that you take the M.2 out, clean all the contacts and re-seat it and hope this is the case.
    2. If step one fails. Connect your 250GB SSD back in using one of the SATA port to see if the BIOS recognize it. If it doen't, then it might be something wrong with the MB, if it does then boot up the Windows Installation USB, run diskpart, shrink it at least 40GB then create a partition, Leave it unallocated then install Windows there.

Also try to re-seat all other components such as Memory, Video card etc...

Windows 11 BSOD During Setup on M.2 SSD

Late in 2022 I upgraded a very old PC with a new MSI MAG B550M Mortar Wifi board, 16GB DDR4 3200 RAM and an AMD Ryzen 5 5600G. I installed Windows 11 from a thumb drive to my Kingston KC3000 M.2 SSD no issue and everything was stable for a few months. I did start noticing that the system was randomly rebooting around Christmas time though.

In mid January, I added a second M.2 SSD (Corsair MP600 Force). I started getting frequent BSOD's. I tested my power supply and RAM, but everything seemed fine. The motherboard posted and showed the two SSD's. Reinstalling Win11 (or Win10) was fruitless. Every installation fails shortly after logging in to my Microsoft account or prior.

I swapped M.2 slots and it seemed like the Kingston drive might be faulty so I RMA'd that. The replacement had the same issue. It seemed to be the M.2_1 slot on the motherboard, so I RMA'd that with MSI. They sent me back a better motherboard than I started with, but the same issue is still happening. I rechecked my PSU and RAM and both are fine, so I figured it might be drivers. I pulled the SATA RAID drivers off the MSI website and added them to the Win11 thumb drive, but they don't help either.

I have some very old SATA SSD's which I am currently using and Win11 is stable again. I have both M.2 SSD's still installed and they work great as data drives. I am fairly competent in IT matters, but I am really stumped at this point why I am stuck in a BSOD boot loop when an M.2 drive has Windows installed. Both M.2 SSD's don't seem to get past the Windows setup and cloning Windows from my existing SATA disk BSOD's at first reboot. Is this a BIOS setting issue, Windows driver issue, or what? I have tried multiple thumb drives to install from and I have used different images, including a Rufus build with TPM turned off. Looking in Event Viewer at one point indicated lots of COM issues, but there is something systemic about the M.2 drives in particular, at least when they are the boot drives. Unfortunately I keep wiping the M.2 drive so I haven't kept all the historical problems, but I have a current last failed attempt that I haven't yet wiped.

I don't see any file for Memory.dmp on the M.2 SSD or I would have attached it. There is a DumpStack.log.tmp in the root folder though.

Any help would be most appreciated!
