    before it can update any of the cumulatives since then and this is a relevant question transpiring from a previous question from an end user Why is kb5001716 update showing up in control panel and under apps in - Microsoft Community saying he had found the 5001716 as a part of add remove programs a very odd peculiarity and i concur, so do I need to install the 5001716 to get the version of win10 per details given above to allow any further updates either cumulative, quality or feature?

    I didn't get any .NET Framework update. But that's fairly normal. I get them sometimes, and sometimes I don't. I did get the MSRT Update, but I threw that out. *Smile
