Windows 10: Will my Gateway ne56r be able to run windows 10 ?

Hello community. touchpad scroll not working windows10 in my acer gateway NE56R

yesterday i was upgrade windows 10 from windows 7 in my acer gateway NE56R laptop,from that everything is fine,but my touchpad scroll is not working..........can any one help me out for fixing this problem?

Thank you so much for your quick response, I figured I would have to update the BIOS, my question is, I have no idea which one I need.

Also, Do i update the BIOS first then do the clean install with the Microsoft update tool?

Sir, i have question all about windows 10 pro

According to my question i have Gateway ne56r,with2GB ram,500GB DDR3 Hard disk ,wth Intel Pentium B960 2.2ghz dual core processor

So, sir please reply me is my gateway laptops support windows 10.

i check this question in many website but i don't get right answer,and also check on youtube but i don't get right video. And i have one more question! after(if my laptops supports windows 10 pro) installation of windows in my laptop if my laptops gives
me good performance.
