Windows 10: Will Microsoft Take Responsibility for Risks in Upgrading to Windows 11 on an Intel Core...

Why does Microsoft encourage users to take risks by upgrading to Windows 11? If I accpept the risk involved, will Microsoft take responsibility for an issues that arise? I don't accpept such risks just to upgrade to Windows 11.

I5-4590 3.6GHZ 4 core Intel CPU Not on List for Win 11 Upgrade ???

I just bought a Hp Prodesk and with a I5 -4590 4 core 3.6gz and want to upgrade to Win 11 it is plenty fast enough but Not on the Intel CPU Support List Can this CPU be put on the List ?? This is my feed back it should be on the list look at the Specs of this CPU ?? Why??

There Are No Intel I5- 4500 4 core series at all on the list for Win 11 upgraded and they are plenty fast ????

The PC Heath Check will not let me load Windows 11 Because my CPU is Not on the List ???? Why ???

This is the System Specs-- Hp Prodesk and with a I5 -4590 4 core 3.6gz ,16gb ram and 240 GB SSD with Win 10Pro

I would Like The Microsoft Software Guy's to Look at my CPU to add it to the list ....

Intel Core i7-6700HQ CPU Windows 11 Compatibility

"officially" means that a 6th generation Intel Core processor will never be added to the official list of supported processors. It's not my opinion, Microsoft said install on unsupported processors at your own risk.

I cannot recommend doing this in good faith. Perhaps in a few months or after the first feature upgrade for Windows 11, we will have a better sense of how unsupported installs get updates. I can't stop you, but if someone asked me to install Windows 11 on unsupported configurations, I would say no.

 

Intel Core i7-7500U CPU @ 2,70GHz support for Windows 11 upgrade

I have a beefy Win 10 PC which far exceeds all specs for a Win 11 upgrade, but the system upgrade health check is saying that my Intel Core i7-7500U CPU @ 2,70GHz is not supported. However, in Microsoft's list of supported processors (for a Win 11 upgrade) for PC's running Windows 10 21H2, this same processor is listed as supported. How do I get past this "unsupported CPU" message so that I can upgrade?
