    Will I be able to run windows 11 on my currently incompatible PC in the future?


    Hi there,I have a PC which is about 7 years old now... When I run the compatibility test on the PC, it says incompatible due to Processor and TPM. I have an Intel i5-4210U CPU. And I am not sure if TPM exists on my PC. In the future, will my current processor be supported by windows 11? If yes then any approximate date? I am not currently looking to upgrade my hardware... so I just wanted to check if software is upgradable.. now or in the future. Please do help me out.     My main PC is not TPM compliant, so no Windows 11 for me if there's no workaround to bypass this requirement in released W11 version. *Sad

    As posted by others, you can run "tpm.msc" to check for TPM compliance on your PC.

    Thanks Steve I hope my older desktop build will meet the requirements my main laptop will because it is not that old*Smile
    I haven't watched the broadcast video yet but am trying to get to doing so - got a bit on at the moment.
