Windows 10: Will G-Sync work if my LG Ultragear 32GP850-B Monitor is only using Generic PNP drivers?

I have just bought an LG Ultragear 32GP850-B monitor with G-Sync.Unfortunately Windows 11 only uses a Generic PNP driver in device manager.After searching the LG website and even contacting LG there are no drivers available for this monitor.In Nvidia control panel the monitor appears as LG Ultragear was just wondering can anyone tell me if my monitor is still using G-Sync?Is there a way to tell if G-Sync is working? Its enabled in Nvidia.Thanks

'Generic PnP monitor' issue

Hello Angelica,

I would suggest you follow steps to update the monitor driver:

Press Windows + X keys

Choose Device manager

Click on Monitors

Right click on ‘Generic PnP monitor’ and click on update driver

Tap on Browse my computer for driver software

Tap on Let me pick from a list of available drivers

Choose ‘Generic PnP monitor’ and tap on Next

When you are done please restart the computer.

LG Unveils New 38GL950G and 27GL850 1ms IPS UltraGear Gaming Monitors

SEOUL, June 12, 2019 — At this year’s E3, LG Electronics (LG) is unveiling the new LG UltraGearTM Nano IPS NVIDIA G-SYNC gaming monitor, the world’s first 1 millisecond (ms)1 IPS display.
