Windows 10: Will "applying company policies" stop my computer from working normally?

I have a personal laptop with my personal accounts. I want to create another user account for my school Microsoft account. When I try to sign in, it says "applying company policy." Will this only allow my computer to be managed entirely by my school or will it just manage the user account?

Work Around For Company 5 minute Lock Policy

My company had enacted a 5 minute computer lock policy, to wit they have installed this into my system and I cannot stop it. Is there a work around?

 

Company Policy

I have a personal Windows Mobile 6.1 phone. I set up two internet e mail accounts on it (my Hotmail and my ISP e mail) and they worked fine. I then tried setting up my work e mail through Outlook on my phone. My work e mail uses MS Exchange Server.
It downloaded a company security policy and forced me to enter a password every time I wanted to use my phone.

I deleted my Outlook account and the ActiveSync connection to my exchange server now, but it still has my company policy on my devide. when i try to use my internet e mail now (like my Hotmail account) it tells me that my company policy prohibits use
of internet e mail.

How do I remove my company security policy, and have my phone back to normal? Please help!
