Windows 10: Wifi not showing up after wifi driver update ASUS X515 11th Gen Intel

Wifi not showing up after updating network driver to the latest one i tried everything and if i revert back it still wont work i had a restore point bc i always create it before updating but please someone help me ASUS X515 11th Gen Intel

Intel WiFi driver update 22.130.0 is showing as corrupted

I turned my computer on the other day to find that the WiFi wasn't working. The network and sharing centre was showing no Wifi options as if I didn't have a WiFi adapter at all. The adapter wasn't appearing in the list of adapters in "Network connections" either.



To investigate, I opened Device Manager and noticed there was a yellow warning triangle next to the Intel Wireless-AC 9260 adapter. Under device status in the adapter's properties it said that the driver could be corrupted and mentioned code 39. I've also seen code 3 mentioned here while trying to resolve things. The driver version said 22.130.0.



I was able to get the WiFi adapter working again by using the "Roll Back Driver" feature. This reverted the driver to version 21.10.2.2 and this has been working for now. I'd rather be running the latest drivers for security and so that I don't have to worry about further future system updates breaking things again.



Any ideas as to how I can get the latest drivers working?



Note: The wireless adapter is integrated into my Asus TUF X570 plus wifi motherboard.
