Hi everyone, my first issue is 1.wi-fi icon missing2.i tried to start base filtering engine manually in services but the error is "error 5:access is denied3.I also tried to start windows defender firewall manually in services but the error is ''error 1068: the dependecy...''4.at last i downloaded the media creation tool for upgrading windows but it stock at 0%please please please, someone help me! :

This access denied error mainly occur when you don’t have the permission to change the setting or access the file on the computer. As you are getting an Access is denied error, I suggest you to login with administrator account
and follow the steps provided below and check.

Enable the Base Filtering Engine service and check if the issue still persist.

• Press Windows logo key + R key.
• Type services.msc
• Click OK.
• Search for Base Filtering Engine
  service and double click on it.
• Click on stop button.
• Now, click on start button.
• Also, set the startup type to Automatic.
• Click Apply and OK button.
• Restart the computer and check.

"base filtering engine is missing"

After a Windows reset (version 21H2 OS Build 19044.1499), I'm trying to reinstall Kaspersky Total Security.
Kaspersky gives me "base filtering engine is missing".

I have tried everything I could find, including
sfc /scannow,
dism.exe.../restorehealth,
using regedit to set permissions for
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BFE\Parameters\Policy

running the reg file from Ten Forums - Windows 10 Help and Support Forum

Runnning "cmd /k sc qc bfe" shows success.

Running 'net start bfe" yields "System error 5 has occurred. Access is denied."

After each 'fix' Kaspersky shows the same 'missing' error.

What should I try next?

The title says it all. When attempting to restart my Base filtering engine service I get an error 5 access denied.
Any help would be most appreciated
a bit more information: it then says the following programs will be restarted:
Windows Defender Network Inspection Service
Windows Defender Network Inspection System Driver
Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
IPsec Policy Agent
Windows Firewall
IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modules

Once I click okay, the Error 5 message pops up
