Windows 10: Why was windows 11 updates trouble to my Laptop ?

My Laptop previous OS is windows 10. There is no problem I have not faced the windows 10. But ,whenever the windows 10 is upgrade to windows 11, it was giving the lot of issues.Now my SSD disk, Speakers, and Microphone was completely not working with Windows 11 updates.I went to Customer care center and they replaced the parts with cost and now the parts were again damaged with these updates. I loss more money. I need clarification from your side .why was worst updates are gave to customers. Thanks.Regards,Nandam Narendra Kumar

Windows 10 fails to update


When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

 

Windows 11 Keyboard trouble-shooter is missing

I am having issues with my 2023 ASUS Zephyrus Duo laptop crashing (no BSOD just a reboot) and then the built in keyboard no longer working.

The first recommended step is to run the Keyboard troubleshooter in "Additional Troubleshooters", however "Keyboard Troubleshooter" is not listed.

In System> Troubleshoot > Other trouble-shooters

Most Frequent

Audio

Network and Internet

Printer

Windows Update

Other

Background Intelligent Transfer Service

Bluetooth

Camera

Program Compatibility Troubleshooter

Video Playback

Windows Media Player

So my question is why is the keyboard troubleshooter not listed and how can I get it installed.

I have performed an in-place repair of Windows 11 but the problem persists.

OS build 22621.2134 Windows 11 Home 22H2

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
