why my lock screen has no wall paper only black. win11 new lenovo laptop. i can open wigets is working just no wallpaper and black color background.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps you to
change size of background wall paper.

a) Right click on the desktop screen.

b) Select personalize and click on Desktop Background at the bottom of the screen.

c) Select the image and change the picture position to Centre from the drop down list.

Locked System Restore - now stuck on black screen

I was attempting to fix another problem by rolling back to an earlier image by using system restore. After 24 hours I figured the machine was locked up, so I powered it off.

• I have been trying to power it back up using the Function F8 (Lenovo Ideapad 320 laptop). I see the Lenovo splash screen with a circular pattern of white dots. The computer finally goes to a black screen.
• I have attempted to connect the computer via HDMI cable to my TV per some other suggestions.

Any other suggestions?

 

Win11 changing wall paper

Windows doesn't ask that. The Edge browser does that. Close the browser to see your background wall paper. Right click on the desktop and choose Personalize then choose Themes to see more background settings to choose. Start up does not show the wallpaper until you get signed in.
