Windows 10: Why my keyboards, mouse, controller and usb plugged earbuds are disabled after any game...

It happens many many times. When it is not happening, it is fine for around 1 day or 1 weeks continuously. When it has problem, it can be like that for some days. Everytime I launch any games, Marvel Rivals, Nba 2k25, Call of Duty, Cyberpunk, Hogwarts Legacy, it is any game, after around 5 to 10 minutes, everything will stop working. Sometimes, problems will appear after 30 minutes, sometimes, immediately. The controller I plugged using cable, earbuds pulse explore plugged using usb, mouse usb wireless, and even my keyboard on my laptop are not working. All of them are not working, except

how to disable mouse+keyboard in game?

i do gaming on PC only using XBOX 360 Controller even for shooting games, and its annoying when mouse moved/keyboard touched accidentally, because it will change in game buttons..(for example RE 5, GTA 4)

is there any way to disable mouse and keyboard only in certain games?

i have small files named "dinput8.dll" which is if i put it games directory it will disable gamepad, im curious is there any file like this that will disable mouse+keyboard?
