please solve my Bluetooth problem

blooth not switch on

I have nokia 7610 when i try to switch blooth . coming this error( unable to perform blooth operation)

I was try *#7370# - Software reformat

*#7780# - Restore factory settings

Green * 3 - Total format of phone this three tips but still same problem..

I prefer alphabetical myself as some are totally TBA I guess. Don't know, not my list. Could even be sorted into a Genre - Release Date - Alphabetical order. Then again alphabetical is easy enough. Make some suggestions to the OP.
