Windows 10: Why isn't my touch screen working properly?

I have a touch screen laptop, but the touch screen doesn't work properly. It'll activate and deactivate randomly, and when I tried to fix the problem in device manager, it told me "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer Code 45". This doesn't make sense to me because the screen of the laptop is always connected. I've tried everything, restarting, factory reset, downloading new drivers, but nothing worked. Please help.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Were you able to see if your driver is up to date?

We suggest to update the touch screen driver and check for resolution.

Follow the steps provided:

• Press Windows key and X on your desktop and click on Device Manager.
• Expand Human Interface Devices.
• Locate the Touch screen driver.
• Right-click on the driver icon and click on Update Driver Software.
• Click on Search automatically for the updated driver software.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the touch screen driver.

Thanks for your reply. I actually downloaded and installed all of the Inspiron 7568 Windows 10 (64-Bit) drivers from Dell after I installed Windows 10. This includes the three drivers that you suggested. The touch screen has not worked at all. Everything
else seems to be working properly. There are no warning "splashes" for any device in Device Manager and no unknown or "Other" devices. I have read that there should be a listing under the Human Interface Devices section labeled "HID-compliant Touch screen",
but there is no such listing. Only "HID-compliant Touch" which I believe is the touch pad.

I am very frustrated.
