Windows 10: Why is windows not recognizing my Sony Bravia TV as a display device or an audio output device?

I recently re-installed Windows 10 Pro and Windows does not recognize my Sony Bravia TV as either a display device or an audio output device, how to manually configure the system to recognize it? Realtek HD audio drivers are present.

Windows 10 1366x768 resolution to sony bravia tv using hdmi cable not working

Hi,

I am using windows 10 (2004) version.

My laptop resolution is 1366x768.

My graphics card is Amd E1-6010 APU with Amd Radeon R2 Graphics.

When I try to connect my laptop to sony bravia tv using hdmi cable sony tv showing "unsupported device output, check your output device signal".

My sony bravia tv model No : KLV-24R402A

MY HDMI CABLE IS FINE AND WHEN I CONNECT MY TV WITH ANOTHER HP LAPTOP WHICH HAVE 1920x1080 resolution it's working fine and it's displays perfectly.

please help me how to resolve this.

no Sound on TV device mgr TV shows as media device not under sound


I can cast music to my Sony Bravia XBR 65x850b tv.
However when I have it as a a duplicate display sound I get on the speakers primary display does not come from the speakers on the TV.

On the device manager the TV shows as a media device.
However, the TV does not appear under sound.
Alll that shows under sound is
Speakers
Digital audio (S/PDIF). Digital audio is set as default

How can I have any sound on my PC desktop also come through my TV?

Do I disconnect my Speakers and have the sound come through my Samsung monitor?

What additional info might the list need to help solve this?

 

Sony Bravia TV on my network

Why is there always a Sony Bravia TV on my network under displays? I don't have one. I've changed my Wi-Fi password, even stopped broadcasting ssid but it keeps popping up. I don't own a Bravia, what's going on?
