Windows 10: Why is valorant freezing and unfreezing when i press a key or mouse button?

Hi, days ago i got a new laptop with better components RTX 3060, Ryzen 5800h. Asus tuf A15. The problem is, when every time im clicking or pressing a key the game freezes and a few seconds unfreezes in the menu, and the music is playing. In a hp computer that i have it has xe graphics and valorant runs completly fine.When i join at shooting range, the game doesn't freeze when i click but it does when i press keys and then the game kicks me out to the lobby, when i hit the practice button the bots doesn't have a animation, a few of them move and others reiman still.i triedisablig hardware

Mouse pad freezes when keys are pressed


since i updated to the windows 10 every time i press a key my mouse freezes for about 5 second. Does not freeze when I click CTRL, FN, ALT, SHIFT.
I have turned off time delay for the mouse but nothing changed.

 

Zippy! Automatic Button Pressing program.

Wouldn't it have been more expedient to ditch the GUI and make Zippy! a hot key activated app?
(Similar to how TPUCapture works)
For instance ... Zippy! is running in the background. The user presses a key combo (say Alt-Z) to tell Zippy! to repeat the next key/mouse click it sees until the hot key combo is pressed again?
So Alt+Z and then left mouse click tells Zippy! to repeat the left mouse click until Alt+Z is pressed again.
That would completely eliminate the need for profiles.

When moving my mouse, it freezes for a second and unfreezes over and over!

Everytime when I move my mouse, it freezes for a second and unfreezes, my mouse I'm using is a usb wireless one and it also freezes for more than 1 second so how do I fix this?
