Windows 10: Why is USB C port on HP OMEN 17 laptop not working after latest Windows 11 update?

My USB C port stopped working after updating Windows 11 on 10th July 2024. The GPU is Nvidia RTX 2060 and it says Device settings not migrated, Device not started. What should be the solution?
